Isaac the One-Idiot Band is one of the villains present in Toon Shorts.
Personality
Isaac is one of the most loud and obnoxious villains in the EnzoProd Company, whose horn-spouting, cymbal-crashing and drum-beating shenanigans can easily annoy the heroes.
Appearance
He is a bass drum with blue sides and fair limbs, whose face is located on a red drumhead bearing a white star. He also has a giant horn on top of his head, and carries around a pair of cymbals. He also has tambourines as feet and yellow sclera in his eyes.
