Riggy the Runkey is the mascot of DannoCal and a member of the titular group in The Ray Gang.

Riggy is claimed to be "good at heart, mostly" from Danno, however there are multiple occasions where Riggy has been displayed performing criminal activities. Some acts include burning down Lucky's plush factory, exploding a Lucky Corp building, and apparently, blowing up a theme park. Riggy is also seen to be egotistical at times. Riggy also seems to be very extreme, as during the #RAISERIGGY arc, Riggy pranks Danno by spray painting on the camera, graph paper, and even exploding the paper. He also performs dangerous and sometimes stupid stunts, such as first eating a TidePod and then eating a grenade (Riggy was unharmed by both). Riggy says that he was left to fend for himself because his brother became the best surgeon in the world and his parents spent a lot of time watching Riggy's younger sister, implying that Riggy suffers from middle child syndrome. Riggy moved out of the house and left for Toonville as soon as he turned 18. Riggy apparently lived a big life in the city for years, took down an unknown celebrity, and eventually became a celebrity himself. However, one day, he found out some things he'd be better off not knowing about. Riggy tried to be a hero, but when having to juggle being a hero and being famous, he lost it all. However, when Riggy met Danno, he viewed it as a second chance to be famous, cool, and liked.

In the Ray Gang, his personality is the same, except he didn't cause any crimes.

- He only has one kidney due to the fact that Squeaker (a penguin) stole his other kidney.
- He is the first member to not join on their debut year and instead join in the following year.
