Rocky the Angry Radio is the main antagonist of Beats n Beats.
Personality
Rocky is very ear-piercing and obnoxious. He especially likes to play songs and sounds that the Balloonatics hate a lot, as well as telling them to change their names to something else. He is best friends with Vicious Vladimir and El Scorpio since they're based on final bosses from the Rayman franchise, as well as being one of main members of the Cruel Menaces. He also loves his wife Ruth the Rude Radio.
Appearance
Rocky is a grey radio with angry eyes, two red buttons, and a rectangle speaker. Much like many other characters, he has object-styled limbs.
