Tacky Toucan is one of the villains present in Toon Shorts.
Personality
He comes from Mexico, and migrated to Prodsburg to cause trouble whenever he can. He likes to squawk many (albeit censored) expletive words in Spanish. He is worst enemies with the Super Pals, who are his main targets. He also enjoys being with Angry Toucan, his cousin.
Appearance
He is a black feathered toucan with a white stomach, and has dark teal talons. He has an orange beak with the tip of it colored black, and wears a green bandana, revealing his blue eyes.
Other Appearances
He makes an appearance in the The Adventures of Enzo and Firefeather MC episode When Enzo and Firefeather MC were in Vladimir's underground cave where he is seen charging at Firefeather MC.
