Trolly the Cap is Pranksy's twin brother and the main antagonist of Pranksy & Trolly.
Personality
Trolly is probably one of the worst villains in Prodsburg. He is a cap who really likes to do mean pranks on the balloonatics. He is also extremely mean, insultful, and is also a huge bully. He especially likes to torture Pranksy, his younger twin brother.
Appearance
Trolly is a dark red cap wearing sunglasses with a dark green body, and dark blue feet.
